Granite countertops made in India, ready to fit

Granite countertops made in India, ready to fit

Granite is the most popular natural stone for kitchen countertops in many countries because it is hard, handles heat and looks beautiful. Natural Stone Cart manufactures custom granite countertops, vanity tops and island tops in India and exports them ready to install. You send the drawing or a size list, and we cut every piece, shape the edges, make cut-outs for sinks and hobs and label each piece. This saves time for fabricators, builders and project buyers.

If you are looking for a granite countertop manufacturer in India or a custom granite countertops exporter, this guide explains how the process works.

Kitchen platforms, tabletops, window sills and door frames

Besides countertops, we make kitchen platforms, tabletops, window sills and door frames in granite, all customised to the sizes you send. Many buyers order a full set for a project: kitchen platform, vanity top, window sills, door frames and matching steps. This keeps colour and finish consistent and reduces your sourcing work to one supplier.

What you can order

  • Straight, L-shaped and U-shaped kitchen countertops.
  • Island tops, including large single pieces and joined sections.
  • Vanity tops and bathroom tops with basin cut-outs.
  • Breakfast bars and window sills.
  • Project quantities for apartments, hotels and housing developments.

We can supply tops with or without backsplashes. For project orders we make pieces in batches and share progress photos.

Edge profiles and cut-outs

The edge profile changes the look and feel of the top. Common profiles include eased (slightly rounded), bevel, half bullnose, full bullnose, ogee and laminated edges for a thicker look. Cut-outs are made for undermount or drop-in sinks, hobs, taps and soap dispensers. Send us the sink and hob template sizes so we can cut accurately. For undermount sinks, tell us the sink model and we will polish the cut edges neatly.

Every piece is marked with a number that matches your drawing, so fitters can place it correctly on site.

Choosing a granite colour for your kitchen

Black granites such as Absolute Black and Black Galaxy give a strong, modern contrast with white or wooden cabinets. Brown and gold granites such as Tan Brown or golden varieties give a warm, classic feeling. Grey and white granites keep the room bright. Multicolour granites are practical because they hide crumbs and small marks. Remember that granite is natural, so each slab has its own pattern. For a seamless look at joins, ask for slabs from the same bundle.

We share real slab photos and samples so you can check the colour before cutting begins.

Thickness and support

Most countertops are 20 mm or 30 mm thick. Thicker tops are stronger for overhangs and for areas with less support. Thinner tops are lighter and can be laminated at the edge to look thicker. Your fabricator or installer should confirm the right thickness for your cabinets and local rules.

Tell us the thickness you want and whether you need laminated edges, so we can price correctly.

Care and sealing

Granite is low-maintenance. Wipe with a soft cloth and mild soap or a stone cleaner. Avoid harsh acids and abrasive pads. Many granites do not need frequent sealing, but lighter and more open-grained stones benefit from sealing once or twice a year. Use trivets for very hot pans and chopping boards to protect your knives.

We provide simple care instructions you can share with your own customers.

Packing, shipping and next steps

Countertops are wrapped, labelled and packed in strong wooden crates or A-frames to protect corners and edges. We ship from Mundra and Kandla and send photos of packing and loading. For customs, worked granite countertops are generally classified under HS heading 6802, which your clearing agent will confirm.

To start, send your drawing or size list, colour, edge style, number of pieces and destination port. We reply within 24 hours with a quote. You may also like our custom cut-to-size stone and granite slabs pages. Contact us today for a free quote.

Working with architects, builders and fabricators

Professional buyers need more than a price. Architects want samples and clear specifications. Builders want the right quantity on the right date. Fabricators want slabs that cut well and match across a project. We support all of them with real photos, written specifications, labelled packing and honest delivery dates. Many of our granite buyers are stone yards and fabricators who need matching slabs and consistent thickness.

For larger projects we can produce in batches, keep reference samples, and share progress photos. If you send a bill of quantities or drawings, we check the details and tell you early if something needs a decision, such as the size of a piece or the thickness of an edge.

Natural variation: what to expect

Granite is a natural material, so no two pieces are exactly the same. Colour, grain, veins and small marks vary from slab to slab and from lot to lot. This variation is part of the beauty of the stone, and a good design plans for it. To reduce differences on a project, buy all material from the same lot, keep slabs in bundle order and lay pieces out before fixing them.

We tell you honestly what to expect from each stone, and we send photos of the real lot. If your project needs very tight colour matching, tell us early, and we will select accordingly.

Care and maintenance

Granite is easy to look after and seldom needs more than a mild cleaner and an occasional seal on lighter, open-grained colours. As with any natural stone, use soft cloths, mild cleaners made for stone and clean up spills quickly. Avoid strong acids and harsh abrasive pads. For floors, use mats at entrances to catch grit, and protect the surface under heavy furniture.

We give simple care instructions you can share with your own customers. Good care keeps the stone looking fresh for decades, which is why natural stone is considered a long-term investment in a building.

Start with a trial order and grow from there

If you are new to importing granite countertops from India, we suggest a simple plan. First, tell us what sells in your market. Second, review photos and approve samples. Third, place a trial container with a mix of colours or sizes. Fourth, after you receive the stone and see how your customers react, plan repeat orders and volume contracts.

Many of our long-term customers began with one mixed container. We keep your preferred selection and packing details on file, so repeat orders are faster, and we keep you updated if a colour or size changes.
