Quality Control & ISPM-15 Export Packaging
Ensuring zero breakage, exact shade harmony, and compliance with international phytosanitary customs standards for heavy-payload container ocean freight.
Rigorous Quality Assurance from Slab to Sea
Block Soundness Test
Every raw quarry block is acoustically tested with ultrasonic velocity gauges to detect hidden internal hairline cracks and geological inclusions before gangsaw sawing begins.
±1mm Thickness Verification
Digital micrometer calipers check 9 points across every single 20mm or 30mm jumbo slab. Slabs exceeding ±1mm deviation are returned to the calibration head.
Dry-Lay Shade Sorting
Slabs and tiles are laid out flat in natural daylight in sequential cutting order. High-resolution photologs and color harmony reports are shared with the client prior to crating.
ISPM-15 Heat-Treated Crating
Constructed exclusively with kiln-dried pine wood heat-treated to 56°C core temperature for 30 minutes, stamped with official Indian plant quarantine seals.
Container Stuffing & Lashing
Heavy wooden A-frames are bolted into the container floor using heavy-duty steel turnbuckles and nylon strapping. Heavy plastic tarpaulin wraps shield against ocean salt spray.
Customs & Fumigation Cert
Every container comes with official Phytosanitary Certificates, Methyl Bromide / Heat Treatment endorsements, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin for customs clearance.
