About our website
We try to keep all information on this website correct and up to date. Product photos, colours and descriptions are a guide. Natural stone is a natural product, so colour, pattern and texture can vary from slab to slab and from lot to lot.
Quotes and orders
- A quote is an offer for the products, prices and terms written in it. It is valid for the time stated in the quote.
- An order is confirmed only after both sides agree in writing on the product, quantity, price, payment terms and shipping terms.
- Prices can change with stone availability, freight rates and currency.
Samples and approval
We encourage you to approve a sample or photos before ordering. Please check them carefully, as stone supplied later will follow the approved sample within the normal natural variation of the stone.
Packing and shipping
We pack stone for export and load it with care. Shipping terms (for example FOB or CIF) are written in your quote. Transit times are estimates and can change because of the shipping line, weather or port conditions.
Claims
Please check your goods when they arrive and tell us quickly about any problem, with photos. We will look at each case fairly and work with you on a solution.
Limits
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control.
